This website provides general information about Harborward and our approach to private home management. Browsing the website or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve services, authorize work at a property, or establish a service contract. Availability and suitability of services must be confirmed directly with Harborward.

2. Home-management services

Any services we agree to provide are governed by a separate written service agreement. That agreement should identify the scope of work, property, fees, payment terms, visit schedule, communication expectations, spending authority, vendor arrangements, cancellation terms, and each party’s responsibilities. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement about the provision of services, the signed agreement controls.

Descriptions of inspections, reporting, systems inventories, maintenance coordination, seasonal preparation, storm checks, and concierge coordination are general descriptions. The particular tasks and frequency for your home depend on the agreed scope. Website descriptions do not promise continuous monitoring, a specific response time, or that every defect, failure, or hazard will be identified or prevented.

3. Urgent situations

This website and its email links are not emergency reporting channels. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services. Existing clients should follow the contact procedures in their service agreement for urgent property matters.

4. Appropriate use

You may use this website to learn about Harborward and make legitimate inquiries. You must not use it to violate applicable law, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.

5. Content and imagery

The homeowner portal is currently a placeholder and is not available for account access, document storage, payments, or service requests. Any future portal may have additional terms and privacy information presented before use.
